2. Technology Platform Disclaimer

Viewer World is a technology platform that provides streaming infrastructure and related services. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content on our servers or infrastructure. All content accessible through the Viewer World platform is provided entirely by independent third-party content providers who are solely responsible for the content they make available.

3. Designated DMCA Agent

If you believe that content accessible through the Viewer World platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification by contacting our designated Copyright Agent at InboxViewerWorld@gmail.com.

4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy and authority, and a physical or electronic signature.

5. Processing of Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Viewer World will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours, forward the notice to the relevant third-party content provider, and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as expeditiously as possible.

6. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed as a result of a DMCA takedown, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications should be sent to InboxViewerWorld@gmail.com.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Viewer World maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

8. Fair Use Provisions

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights a user may have under the fair use doctrine codified in 17 U.S.C. § 107.

9. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
